Coaching

My purpose is to serve people by inspiring them to make an impact with what they choose to do!

I believe that we all possess the skills and wisdom to not only master any challenge life throws at us but to shine in our lives and make a valuable difference, professionally and personally.

I inspire people to find the courage and the means to connect with that potential inside of them and to apply it to create the desired impact they want to see in their professional and personal lives.

I do this through a coaching style that allows people to merge their experience and knowledge of the business world with the creativity and self-reflection of their inside world. By bringing these two worlds together the changes and decisions people make are integrated, authentic and carry the power to inspire, themselves and others.

Background and Credentials

My name is Katrin Heger and my background covers both worlds I mention above. For 15 years now, I live, breath and eat business in a corporate and international environment. I also studied Buddhism and submerged myself into self-development to find clarity and simplicity by connecting on a deeper level. Here are some of my credentials:

Experienced Coach with an EMCC accreditation at Senior Practitioner Level (and EMCC member)
Diploma in Executive Coaching (QQI Level 9) with IMI (Irish Management Institute)
